Had an antenna installed on Family Day Monday! They were so good to come out on a statutory holiday and help out. I decided to cut the cable and go with antenna. After searching and doing my usual due diligence, I contacted them to get more information. Very helpful and then we proceeded. The right antenna was chosen for my area and the installation was very quickly attended to. I had a lag time to get set up due to having a much older TV. After realizing I didn't need a DVR and hard drive but a new TV, the owner came back over with a newer tv and showed me the difference in the number of channels I could get (40) and the high quality on each channel. I bought a FireTV edition TV and I couldn't be happier. Not only is this company honest and helpful, but they went above and beyond to get me sorted.

I came home end of July to air conditioning not working. House was still a bit cool, but the air handler unit in the attic was just humming and not pushing out any cold air. Getting anyone to service and to go into the attic was going to be difficult. Precision Air was my second call and after a wonderful conversation, Harold not only scheduled me in early the following week, but said he would move a non-emergency call so he could give me time in case it was something time consuming to fix. It ended up thankfully being the capacitor, one of which he happened to have in the truck. I have to say his service, friendliness and the professionalism of his office is top notch. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and more satisfied with the service he provides. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a provider that is honest and fantastic to deal with!

I purchased all new stainless steel appliances. Service is great and staff are very knowledgeable. Delivery and set up is included. I love the fact that it is a family business and has been in my neighborhood for many years. Highly recommend!

I had both these jobs done on separate occasions - the faucet was replaced today. Bill's approach to his work is professional and he is extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He works efficiently and leave the area tidy and clean. I can't say enough about his service and highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need.

Bill came to the rescue when my plumbing from kitchen sink let go and was pouring into the basement unnoticed for 2 days. He was available quickly and when he saw the bad configuration under the sink, we decided to have it all redone properly for better functionality. Bill is professional, knows his stuff and works quickly and cleanly. He is a true star and I am glad I have someone I can trust to do a perfect job.

I purchased front load washer and dryer from Faulkners at the end of 2011. From that first experience having such a wonderful dealer and resource right in the neighbourhood, it was natural for me to shop there when I needed my dishwasher replaced. I found the greatest Bosch model and very reasonably priced but it was not white like my other appliances, so I did the next best thing and purchased it along with a new stainless refrigerator to match. Once I figure out what type of stove and venting system I would like to have, I will be back to Faulkner's for the last of my kitchen appliance replacements. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure. You have a great selection to choose from and often they offer very good deals on select pieces. They have staff that instal dishwashers (wonderful Fred) and they also have a qualified staff member who can hook up gas appliances. All around, it's a wonderful experience from start to finish and I will never shop anywhere else! I recommend anyone that needs good service, quality product and a keen and friendly service staff, to shop at Faulkner's. You will never be disappointed!

I had a small leak for which the source could not be found. I had a smaller contractor look and try to patch, I also had a major roofing company from the Kingsway area have a look and nothing could be found, however, I was given a hefty quote to re-do half the roof that was affected. I did some internet searching and looked at the reviews on HomeStars, and made a phone call to Roofworks. I spoke to Joe, who immediately set up a time to come and look at the roof. I also showed him in the attic where the water was coming in. While he was inspecting the situation, he also found that the previous roofer had put nothing underneath the single shingle layer that was currently on the house. (The roofer responsible for that mess is from the neighbourhood and also reshingled my neighbour's roof incorrectly which negates the warranty. So, you really need to shop and look before committing to any contractor.) After some deliberation and decision-making, we concluded that it was in my best interest for the home value and the prevention of further damage, that we re-do the whole roof properly. Once a perfect colour of shingle was decided upon, Roofworks fit me into their busy schedule and got to work. I have to say from the first phone call with Joe, to the subsequent visits with colour choices, to the efficiency and professionalism of Kevin, the job foreman and all the workers, I could not have had better service or product. Instead of 1 1/2 days, the job was completely finished by end of day 1. I highly recommend this company for their diligence, professionalism, customer service, work ethic, and honesty. Not to mention they have extremely competitive rates for a superb job!
