It pains us to say this, but Universal Flooring does not follow through on its commitments. Action speak louder than words. During a renovation of our condo, one of their workers spilled stain on our balcony, damaging it & others. Owner, Baha, accepted responsibility & said he would look after it. We trusted him. However, when it came time to pay, he stalled & stalled, until we were threatened with a lien, by manage-meant. Our lawyer advisend us to pay & go after Universal; but they continue to ignore us, and now we must take them to court. Be wary of dealing with people who don’t keep their word & betray your trust.
