We hired another company to extend the interlock between our house to connect it to the deck stairs. Despite me telling them that I wanted a soldier row, the didn't put it in, and it cased some smaller stones to flip if stepped on. Comfort seasonal was doing work at my neighbors house so i asked them to take a look. Ehsan looked at the work and without me prompting he said everything I knew that needed to be done to fix it properly. The work started a few days later, and it took only 2 days to complete. So far I'm very satisfied, but it was only finished today. I'm hoping to add photos when I get a chance.

We're moving the kids around into different rooms and needed the dresser moved in to the basement. The day I emailed them they were able to come out and move it for us. We had already taken the mirror off and taken the drawers out. They did a great job, no damages, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend hiring them, and will call them the next time we need something heavy moved, or if we decide to sell and move. A+

We moved in to our 60+ year old house to find out that a previous owner, who did major renovation work, including the roof, didn't cut holes from the soffit area into the attic - so we had no airflow into the attic. After interviewing many other companies, we decided to go with Bakers Roofing & Repairs. James Baker took the time to explain all the work to us, and ensured that everything was done properly. He worked on the house along with two other guys. We're VERY happy with the work they did, and will be having them come back in the spring to do additional work. Other companies quoted us as high as $4400 for the same work.

I booked the appointment and was told that the job would cost $85. The person never showed up, but told the company that he was there and nobody was home. I was home, along with 6 other people, so there's no way that he came to the house. I called back to reschedule. This time the guy came to the house to install the emergency release. He was unable to accept payment, but told me someone would call me to get it. He was nice and friendly. Two days passed, and I called them to find out why nobody called to take my payment. I was told that it would then cost $130 + HST when I was told that it would be $85. Do not use this company. They were dishonest. They didn't show up when promised. They overcharged.

We recently moved into a house and I wanted to ensure the ducts were properly cleaned. Mat and Steve were both friendly and personable. I asked them a few questions here and there, and they didn't seem to mind answering them and were very knowledgeable. It took them about 2.5 hours to do the job from start to finish. I will hire this company again down the road and highly recommend them.

I had David come to my home to quote on upgrading our alarm system. I had bought a number of parts on eBay and he was able to come and configure and install everything for us. His work was clean and we're very happy with his installation/upgrade. He was very professional and reasonably priced.

After looking around for someone to come and fix the spring, these people were the only ones to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They showed up late, and told me that the job would be $300 + $40 (service call) plus tax, or they could do it for $300 cash all in. Unfortunately they were the only ones who got back to me, so I told them to proceed. Just after they showed up, another company (who was highly recommended on Homestars) called me back, but these people started the work already. The other company told me it would be $140 + HST. These people charged me $300 cash. Yes, it was for the same repair. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They left the old spring in my garage and told me that I could put it in my recycling bin and the city would collect it. For how much we paid, he could have done that at least.

I had them come out to inspect our a/c as it wasn't blowing cold air. They determined that there was a small leak, repaired it, and put me on the service plan - so that future repairs (if any) would be covered.

Primont homes was one of the lowest cost homes in the area that we bought in. The workmanship and attention to deal is definitely something to be desired. They're quality is poor, workmanship is bad, and customer service doesn't exist. Every week I had to call to get another item from our PDI, 30-day and 1-year list completed. It took forever to get anything done. Would I buy a new house again? Yes. Would I buy a new house from Primont again? No.
