My Wife & I were really impressed with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. starting with Mike the service tech who helped us easily understand what and where the issues were with our old Furnace, along with his recommendations which then led us to Sandy who called us and was very helpful in describing the proper furnace we required for OUR house & also why we didn't need the more expensive models but why this model was more suited to our situation, thanks again Sandy. The installers (I wish I had their names) were efficient, tidy and very professional doing the install & removing the old , hardly knew they were there & all seems to be working great (have to check to see if its on, it's so quiet).
