I started out ordering a replacement cover for my hot tub which I could buy cheaper and have shipped from Hot Tub Essentials then I could buy from anywhere in Saskatchewan. Quick delivery and excellent quality . I needed to buy a new control pack for the tub next so once again I ordered my parts from Hot Tub Essential cheaper than anywhere else. I ran into some problems when I hooked it all up so I phoned the company and emailed Clayton the Service Manager and quickly received a response . My Hot Tub was up and running perfectly after a few suggestions from Clayton on how to fix the situation. Great products. Great prices. Great Service. Highly recommended company to deal with.
