I have been responsible for two gas boiler furnaces for the past 15 years, one of those for 25 years. During that time I have gone through several companies for maintenance and repair with mixed results. Now that I have found City Air Conditioning and Heating I will not be switching. Sunny is knowledgeable, thorough, reliable and fair in his pricing. One of my boilers had to be replaced which he did with a much more thorough and reasonably priced installation than the other companies I contacted. From now on I don't need to get competing quotes. I will go directly to him. Highly recommended!

What started as a good working relationship with Mo deteriorated when he made promises to remedy a job he completed. He made several appointments but showed up for none of them. Bottom line - he would rather make empty promises than refuse to complete the work. You are taking your chances with this company.
