Incredible service from the very 1st phone call. Jeff is very friendly, patient and informative. They showed up in time, both visits to service my pool heater. A major part was replaced and the heater was completely cleaned. The technician was wonderful. I plan on using Cummings on an annual basis for my pool heater maintenance. Read the reviews. I did and they were the 1st and only roofing company I called. The woman who answered the phone was more than pleasant and that's a good 1st impression. The quote seemed reasonable, in fact less than I anticipated. All the components of replacement were explained in complete detail and the product quality was rated number one. All my vents were changed to better performing ones, the small (unexpected hole in the wood) was replaced immediately. The roof was replaced on time and cleaned up impeccable. There was any debris and not even 1 nail left behind. The crew was large, very friendly and polite. I am more than thrilled with my roof replacement from beginning to end. Words alone cannot express how incredible Bestway Electric is. I have had Matt and Jeff at my house numerous times for various electrical and cable installations. They are both extremely friendly, reliable, honest, punctual and perfectionists to the most minor detail. Some of the work almost seemed 'magical' as I hadn't envisioned how they accomplished certain tasks. I found that they were very reasonable in their rates and if they thought I didn't require certain work, they didn't do it. We were referred to Olympic through our longtime contractor. We did not seek additional quotes etc. When Louie Katsis walked into our kitchen we were so impressed by his 'eye' for design, knowledge and confidence, we knew at that moment there was no longer a need to look any further. Our complete kitchen renovation was completed on time, without stress and at an extremely reasonable/affordable cost. There were no issues after completeion as the workmanship was outstanding. We felt Louie had gone the extra mile for us and had created an incredible design with the space allotted. We couldn't have been more pleased and we referred Louie to a number of out neighbors who were equally satisfied. We went on to completely renovate our master bedroom ensuite and Olympic made it breathtaking. It is simply 'over the top'. Louie is a pleasure to work with and a real gentleman.
