Bill Walls is a perfectionist. He offered the best quality and made sure everything worked. It's over 5 years since he put in the Echo system in our basement and there has never been a problem. The system is amazing, the basement environment is the most comfortable in the house with no humidity or smell problems. My sister also used Bill for her basement and she has been recommending him to others.
