We chose Gienow based on brand familiarity the long standing reputation.of the company. The entire process came off flawlessly as we had hoped, (and expected). The selection process went quickly and smoothly with the help of a sales associate visiting or home, and we were able to manage subsequent communications by e-mail. Installation went smoothly on the prescribed date, and there are loose ends which require additional follow up. We take comfort in knowing that we have received a high quality product that will last for many years to come, and we will look to Gienow again in the future for any additional needs that may arise regarding further renovations. We would not hesitate to recommend Gienow to others.
