Professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were on time and did the job they quoted for and more. Mike and Naji walked me through all my plumbing issues. They stopped at each section and patiently showed me exactly what they were doing. I cannot express enough how great they were. So trustworthy which can be tough to come by. Great company!
Came in to fix drainage problem. Did not fix it. Broke shut off valve behind the toilet leaking water for 3 days into the basement. Broke seal on the stack for the upstairs bathroom leaking raw sewage into the basement. After making major issues avoided my calls. Zero interest in making things right. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Hi Heather. I am very sorry for your experience. Since your experience, we are now being managed by another company. I do understand we made sure you aren't out of pocket for any of our services. I also understand that you asked another company come in to do some work before calling us to come back in and the other company removed the toilet and put it back.
