I decided to replace my builder standard windows on my two front doors (increased to full glass), front transom and back door insert. Right from the very beginning I felt very comfortable with Grayson. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the products he installs. I also loved seeing the pictures on the Website and Facebook Page. It really helped make the decision to choose the Flamingobay Wrought Iron insert so easy. Everything from the initial consult right to the install was so easy. I found Grayson to be punctual, super friendly and very professional. As many others have noted he even cleans up after he is done installing. He even fixed one of my doors that was giving me some trouble. He definitely goes above and beyond!
