We called Dimitri in to take a look at our furnace as it's 20 years old. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the things we could upgrade and explained why you'd change it. He never pushed anything on us just empowered us with the knowledge to choose for ourselves. We ended up replacing the humidifier and he did a great job with that install. His customers service is great and he stands by his work which I appreciate. I like dealing with smaller companies because their reputation is extremely important so they make sure everything is done right.
