Phenomenal experience! Saeed runs a first class operation from providing an initial estimate through to project execution. Trades that came into our home were respectful and very professional. We were glad to have Saeed as our General Contractor and had to get him involved in resolving disputes with our kitchen contractor which was outside of his scope. He has had a number of recommendations that made sense and we proceeded with (reinforcing main floor with plywood and advice on trim options). In addition (and unfortunately) he has helped us identify construction issues with our only 10 year old home that we recently purchased! We’ve added a number of items to his scope of work based on our positive experience and look forward to seeing that through to completion as well!

Incredible experience, Reza has a network of structural engineers that helped us solve this puzzle of 3 load bearing walls. We spoke with a number of contractors who said it couldn’t be done. With some creativity, he and his structural engineer came up with a solution for a flush 2 beam system that allowed us to relocate all of our HVAC, plumbing and electrical. We have a completely open space and the General Contractor managing the rest of our house Reno was very impressed with their work.

Amazing work! We purchased our new home, knowing that we would be renovating. We were looking for a company that could match the look of our last home and these guys nailed it. Very impressive work. We had to add to the scope of work based on requirements from the company that will be installing our carpet later this month. FLAWLESS execution and within the time frame. Very impressed and would recommend for sure. Don’t be fooled by their humbleness, these guys are stars. Thank you very much - the house is starting to feel like home!

We chose to use a Handyman vs. a Contractor for part of our bathroom reno. The scope of the project included removing existing tub, plumbing, framing new tub, new plumbing and installing cement backerboard. By using a Handyman (vs. a Contractor) we saved enough money to invest in higher quality tiles (which we sourced to a tile contractor). Pro: the handyman assigned communicated with me a number of times before the project began, and even came to site the day before to do a walkthrough. I was out of town most of the week, but my wife tells me he was very communicative. The job was completed for the most part. Con: there was some sloppy workmanship and some corrections that I had to make to the project once complete. We went in with "eyes wide open" and expected this would likely happen. For example, incorrect plumbing fittings were used (we purchased a tub faucet which came with fittings that weren't used, which I had to replace) and large gaps inbetween the cemnt backerboard that I had to mesh and tape before the tile contractors came. I take partial responsibility for this, and acknowledge that if I wanted an A1 job done I would have hired a bathroom contractor instead. In my opinion, Handyman Connection will provide you with a proficient DIY'er. Fortunately my tile contractor was able to correct some of the work. Handyman does offer a warranty, but I felt it easier to fix the issues myself.

Simply phenominal. The professionalism and craftmanship exhbited by Vule throughout the project exceeded that of the majority of commerical trades that I manage on a daily basis. Vule overcommunicated throughout the entire project, bringing every concern to my attention with an action plan. The handyman we hired to swap out our bathtub and plumbing made some sloppy mistakes that Vule pointed out and corrected (walls not plumb, sloppy patch work, etc). Congratulations Vule, we are absolutely thrilled with the work and would recommend your company in a heartbeat. Quentin and Sarah.

Phenomenal. 3 guys showed up within a week on reaching out to John, ran new service for the pot lights in the family room and installed new overhead lighting in 3 bedrooms. Guys were in and out in 2 hours, with no visible damage. I'm a self proclaimed DIY'er, and these guys were kind enough to fix some of my errors (3 way switch...). My wife and I are coordinating our schedules now for the electrical inspection , which is coordinated through Mr. Pot light. Very important detail. Guys cleaned up after themselves and these rooms look amazing. Thanks John, you have me thinking about installing pot lights in other areas of the house now!
