Several years ago we bought an Obasan bed. My husband and I sleep differently and this bed was built for two different backs. He needs a softer bed as he is a side sleeper. I am both a back and side sleeper but need back support in the middle. This bed comes with inserts firm medium and soft. We used soft under shoulders medium under hips and firm at feet. for a while firm under hips was best. Gradually we needed a firmer sleep under our hips so John D’Amico sent me an extra firm insert. I again have the best bed. He did not charge me for the insert nor the shipping. I do not hesitate to refer this organic bed and this store to anyone who is health and sleep conscious.
