For 3 out of 4 years in house, had experienced break of water pipe behind inside wall leading to backyard faucet -- pipe was in corner of room and very difficult to access. Tony not only expertly repaired the broken pipe (as others before him had also done) but also determined that root problem was leaky basement shut off valve. Was so impressed with his service and knowledge, I had him replace all shut off valves and faucets. Also important, he showed up when he said he would and took as long as he thought he would. Excellent!

Needed an area rug for newly renovated basement. Had been to Da Vincci before with a friend who was very satisfied with products and service. Staff was extremely knowledgeable regarding different qualities of rugs, what would wear well, and what would look good with furniture and existing colours. Price was very competitive. Without any hassle at all, allowed me to take rug home to have a look. Will go back whenever I need rugs or carpet.
