Baldwin & Ronald arrived at the time agreed upon. They were very respectful of our home. They completed the work in a very accommodating and professional and efficient manner. We have to say that they know what they are all about. They also made sure they cleaned up, even though we told them that we would, and left our basement the way they found it. Baldwin answered all of our questions and spent some extra time explaining about our equipment and how to us it properly. We would highly recommend Pacific to anyone who asked us and we will continue to call on them for future service and maintenance of our equipment.
