I recently had a sump pump installed that needed its own electrical outlet as having it plugged into an extension cord is really not a good idea. After reviewing several companies on HomeStars, I contacted Eugene who responded very quickly and was able to complete the job at the agreed upon date and time. It's refreshing to get a company to come when they say they will and complete the job without any issues. Thank you Eugene. I already plan on having him back to install some spotlights in my basement.

One side of my fence was falling apart along with a gate that was becoming unusable. Jay reached out and walked me through the features their website offered which gave me an immediate quote. He followed up, came on site to see the job, I signed the quote online and soon thereafter the crew came to demolish my existing fence and replace it with a basic fence with clean lines and a new gate to boot. I also had a corner of my deck that had to be partially reconstructed to accommodate a hot tub. The crew was easy going and very accommodating. We had worked on a solution how to best address the decking around the hot tub. Few minor deficiencies were handled pretty much immediately. Love looking at my new fence! Also appreciate the technology of receiving a quote immediately to help me assess if the project was realistic. Jay is very accessible via text which made scheduling and the project itself much less stressful.

Imagine walking into the house during our -30 degree weather this January, and you just know the house is too cold and something is definitely wrong. And on top of that is the weekend. This was the first company I called and the only one who returned my call with the hour, walked me through some solutions and John was on site the same day to tell me my furnace was.. well.. dead. We decided to install a new furnace and a tankless water heater while we were at it, the crew came the following day to install it and all was well once again. When I noticed a small drip from the tank's hose, one call and within the hour the crew was back to fix it. John also became my life line as I also got a nest thermostat which I could not install for a few months, but eventually he once again came when I was ready to install it, and walked me through everything. All while calm, friendly and I never felt like a bother. Few businesses work like this, but this team is fantastic!
