I had an old tankless water heater removed and a new one from Roy Inch & Sons installed to-day. Duffy and Matt were the service technicians. I am pleased to say they arrived on time, were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the product they were to install. They were very tidy throughout the process having placed floor protectors throughout the traffic area and cleaned up the work area before leaving. In addition they gave me complete information on the function of the new machine. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the entire installation. Highly recommend both individuals.
