Already dealt with 2 other roofers who either could not find the cause of my ceiling leak or did not bother spending enough time on site because they have bigger jobs to do. CJA arrived on time and did not have this attitude at all. Climbed up on the roof and spend 15-20 minutes figuring out what was causing the leak and explaining what needs to be done. Even emailed me an invoice with a 10 year warranty of their work afterwords. Terrific.

Called over the holidays and arrived within three to four hours. Quickly and professionally dealt with the toilet issue. Even cleaned up the area around toilet before leaving. Will use again.
