When we met with Jamie from Family Furnace , we were very impressed with his presentation on the benefits of a new 2 stage Lennox furnace and humidifier. He explained not only the benefits, how the system functioned but also required maintenance procedures. It was for this reason we chose Family Furnace. The installation crew of Monty and Jay were professional and courteous. We had to leave before the installation was complete but felt comfortable leaving the two gentlemen to finish the installation.
