We had a major renovation on our house - structural walls removed, beams put in, total kitchen overhaul, re-do stairs, full railing system, and remove all popcorn ceilings. I reached out to a few companies when starting to plan our renovation and ended up choosing CCR for a few reasons; their online testimonies on sites such as this, how Matthew handled answering our initial questions, and the fact that they had been involved with TV shows. I'm so glad I ended up choosing them, as our renovation is more than I could have hoped for. Greg was the lead person on the day-to-day job and was so pleasant to work with; friendly, well-spoken, very knowledgeable and was quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. He also helped with some really important decisions like the size of the island, placement of the skylight, and how far to extend our kitchen. He was always in a good mood which made everything seem to go smoothly. We ended up changing our kitchen supplier after the initial consult, which pushed back our date, but CCR was able to work around it so that we wouldn't be extending the time we would have to go without a kitchen. One of the things that we really appreciated was how clean the place was after every workday. They swept and moved tools etc. so that the space didn't get too chaotic, which we really appreciated. They were able to work with our budget and give many options so that we could have the style we were looking for at the price that would be appropriate. Communication was excellent - texting and emailing always proved to have quick responses and Sam, Matthew and Greg were awesome at getting back to me. If you're looking for a fair price, excellent quality, friendly workers, and a good timeline, I'd recommend CCR for any project. They have the know-how, sub-trades, and business end of things down!
