Michael @ Bennett's Heating and Cooling made this project a positive experience from our first contact, visiting the site to quote and scheduling the work. He was extremely respectful of my home, safety and work-from-home schedule and had all the information and answers to my questions even before I asked them, walking me thru each step of the process. Once the install was complete (replacing my 24 year old water tank), he explained any follow up maintenance that may be needed and ensured us that we could call him at any time if we had any questions or concerns at all.
