Eddy and his team are excellent! They are very professional, courteous, skilled, and hard-working. After each visit they made sure to clean up after themselves. And they always let me know when they would next come to do more work, which was very much appreciated. They worked hard, and sometimes long days to make sure the project was completed in a timely manner. Eddy and Addy even helped me put back my toilet. I highly recommend hiring these guys!

*Parm not Raj (my mistake) The initial meeting with Paul went very well,Paul was polite and professional and knew how to optimize the closet space with a Murphy bed. But things turned sour once the installation began. The first person who did the installation left the closet very dirty with wood chips everywhere, brown dirt marks on different surfaces, scratched edges, the drawers were misaligned and banged the sides when they opened and closed, and there were so many more issues - it was such a disaster. When I called to complain, Paul apologized for the mess but he also tried to put the blame on me saying the state of the closet (scratches and dirt marks) could be because they were held in storage for a couple of weeks (during our initial talks, I had told him I would like the installation to be around the beginning of August, but when Paul called to schedule the installation date, it was mid-July and my place was not yet prepped for the installation). Paul was going on vacation during this time, and so Raj came to see the horrendous job the installer had done. Raj was very polite and wrote down all the things/areas that needed to be fixed. The second installer came and did an amazing job and fixed most of the issues. The closet now looks great from far, but going through the process of bad customer service from Paul (he's very pushy and blamed me for the ugly state of the closet parts) and a terrible first installation job made the entire experience very unpleasant.

I hired Joshua and his colleague to install a new tub and put in new plumbing lines for the shower system I purchased. Joshua noticed that I had kitec plumbing and said he could also switch the accessible kitec plumbing for pex. When he and his colleague arrived on the scheduled day, they were nice and polite and offered to remove their shoes to keep the place clean. They asked me to show them a picture of what the shower system should look like, and so I did; the shower line consisted of a shower head and a hand held shower. But what the picture didn't show, and what I forgot in the moment was that I had also purchased a tub spout to be installed. I remember they asked me if I had a toe-grip, and I told them I didn't know what that was. After their explanation, I told them no, I don't have a toe-grip. So, they installed only the shower head and the hand held lines as the picture showed. However, later after they had left I realized that I forgot to have the tub spout installed. So, I emailed Joshua and asked if he could come back to install it. Joshua said he would come back to install it. However, after a week of emailing and messaging him with no response, I realized that he probably wasn't going to come do the install. If he had no intention of coming back to do it, he should have said so when I asked. I ended up finishing the installation of the tub spout myself which wasn't too bad since Pex doesn't require fancy tools, and is pretty straight-forward once you understand it.
