I was extremely happy with the professional work that this team did during replacement of my windows/doors (17 windows and 3 patio doors). They were all courteous, worked diligently throughout the days (3 1/2) and answered all of my multiple questions and/or concerns during the installation. They offered a number of creative suggestions on the new design (wood surround) around one of the windows. They ensured that everywhere inside was adequately protected from work traffic and that the debris was cleaned up and the floors vacuumed daily before they left. Outside debris was also cleaned up and the driveway checked for any stray nails/metal that could puncture a tire. They also replaced the majority of MDF window sills (with wood) which was no easy task taking exceptional care to minimize any damage from pulling out the old sills and repaired the minor damage with filler (which I just have to sand and repaint). I had gotten a minimum of three quotes from window manufacturers/installers and although Centra was the most expensive, my experience with the salesman (Brad D) during the walk around on compiling the much appreciated detailed (professional) quote (with a diagram of each window and details on each i.e. location, size, opening, glazing) as well as a summary page of detailed costs of each window, warranty features, insurance coverage and installation features included made my decision an easy one. I knew exactly what I should be getting for each window/door and what it would cost and how I was covered afterwards if there were any issues. I have already observed that the new windows deaden outside noise as we had a downpour one night that the installers were commenting on and I didn't even hear it!
