We hired JPM to renovate our 100+ year old, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, house in Stratford. They took the house down to the studs and redid all electrical, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, removed a load-bearing wall and had an engineered beam installed. They installed new drywall, flooring, windows, doors, trim, and redid all 4 bathrooms in the home, as well as the kitchen, mud room, and all bedrooms. The quality of finishes and quality of work was exceptional, and we appreciated how they were able to keep the project moving, even amidst material shortages caused by the pandemic. It was very important to us to maintain and recreate the home's original character, and I was very happy with the extra effort Josh exerted to source and match things like an antique-inspired fireplace and big, historic-inspired trim. We would absolutely use JPM for future projects.

Three Point Contracting did an excellent job with our kitchen renovation. We live in a 200-year-old house, so I was concerned about what such a large renovation would entail. However, the crew was confident and did an incredible job. The project was completed within the time we had agreed upon, and we stayed within our budget. The crew is extremely attentive to detail, and answered all of our questions and concerns. I will definitely be working with Three Point again on future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for contracting services.
