I agree with "Kate from Vaughan". We bought ours from a builder contract in Oakville. Even before our PDI, we saw that Deluxe installed incorrectly (after drywall was put up) including the HDMI and all the cables for the "technology" were in one big pile in the basement. They will have to puncture new drywall just to loop it through. Amy, Natasha and their service tech are very incompetent and do not care about customer service, only about the "numbers". We've been asking for 2 months now and they always have an excuse. Still waiting for this to be resolved.
