I came in to get some ideas for a neutral interior color, as my condo needed an update. Cody was an incredibly helpful staff member and pointed out a number of popular colors I could try, and what to look for. I was very pleased with the service I received here.
I had Deb paint my condo - she was efficient and did a fantastic job. She was very helpful in pointing out tips on selecting colors as I was pretty undecided. I was very happy with how it turned out and Deb was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Deb!
The service at this company was just ok, it was direct, to the point and I was able to get what I needed. However, I would caution future customers to NOT BE IN A RUSH. They delayed my sofa twice, which luckily was fine for me, but I definitely would have been annoyed if I needed it by a certain date.
The salespeople here are very knowlegeable about plants, and were able to provide very good recommendations about what works in my area, given that my patio gets a lot of sun and face south. Their plants are always in very good condition too.
While I was able to find paint colors for my living areas pretty easily with Benjamin Moore, I was stumped with my bedroom so I decided to go to a store that specialized more with paint advice. Word of caution: this place is pricey! Everything from furniture to drapery to paint is beautiful - but you do pay for it. One option I really liked though was their supersize paint cards to take home. I much prefer this option over buying paint can samples.
I came in to buy some paint for my living room and dining room. The salesperson was helpful in suggesting some basic neutrals from pictures that I had brought in. As with most paint places, the color selection is pretty overwhelming so her assistance was greatly appreciated!

The heat has been unbearable for my condo this summer, and I had heard great things about phantom screens so decided to get one installed. They were very quick about booking me in (within 3 days), with flexible times. The installer was very courteous and efficient, and had the screen installed within 30 mins. I'm very happy with it!
This home store is a well priced place to purchase furniture. They have a wide selection, much of it is traditional styles, but they are starting to introduce a modern line geared for condo living. I purchased a cheaper dining room table and sofa here, which was initially quite frustrating. The sales people here do work on comission, so while they do try to be helpful, they don't hesitate to pick up another customer who looks to be spending more. I found it hard to take my time in deciding and to ask questions when my sales person would disappear. So far the quality has held up. I know there's a number of terrible reviews on Ashley online, which had me apprehensive at first, but I generally take care of my stuff, and 1 year into my purchase, everything is holding up fine (especially for the price!)
The selection is this store is decent, mostly traditional styles and less selection of modern furniture. The furniture is in good condition considering it has been pre-owned, mostly look brand new. I do think that the furniture here is expensive, but I it is supposed to be high quality.
The sales team is great (as most sales teams usually are). However, they go one step further by being very responsive in regards to the processes afterwards, such as the home inspection and/or helping with the 1 year home warranty.
