Bought a vanity chair that couldn't be found elsewhere. The price was ok. The rep was polite and likable, but was a bit pushy and kept introducing stuffs that we didn't really need. But still it was a good experience. The store's furniture is extraordinary and can't be found elsewhere.
I bought a laptop online for pickup at that store and they simply refused to honor the deal. Absolutely wasted my time and refused to take the blame or even apologize. I did receive an email notification from FutureShop that asked me that the order is ready for pickup at that store so there was no reason they refused this. I believe they simply sold it to someone else or an employee and did not have stock anymore. Very bad business practice.
