I have to say that I've almost lost my trust in Reliance after a bad experience with my new furnace. But it looks like they still have some good professional technicians. I was lucky today to meet one of them, his name is Richard. I call them because their previous technicians didn't make a proper connection of the humidifier to the new furnace and the furnace was overheated. I was impressed by Richard knowledge and his professional skills. I would recommend you to ask for him if you have any technical issues with Reliance.
