Marcelo took my call immediately. He listened to my concerns and fit my repair job into his schedule - the next day! He called to confirm when his crew would arrive. They arrived exactly when he said. The crew were smart. They knew what they were doing. They walked around the job with me and then took pictures to show me the trouble. They reported to Marcelo who then called me to explain cost of repair. Great communication.
