We signed up with Deluxe as part of new home set up. Our system was never hooked up, our door and window contacts are hanging in frame. Were unable to have anyone return any calls, messages left. We cancelled land line approx. 2 yrs after sign up, we notified of this change, again, no response. Our contract was up, we continued to receive invoices, we have once again made multiple calls, sent emails, we continue getting billed. We were asking for bills beyond contract to stop, and desist. As no response, we are now seeking reimbursement for the entire period, as this Company has never provided the service that we contracted them for.
