Peter , one of the owners contacted me to do a wallpaper install for him. He had another installer botch the job and wanted me to repair the damage and reinstall certain areas. I had done work for Peter previously, the last time I had an issue getting paid, but after a few emails I did receive payment. So when Peter contacted me and told me he was stuck and really needed my help I agreed to do the job on the condition that I get paid immediately on completion of job. I went in on a weekend to accomodate him, met with his supervisor and let him know the obstacles in completing the botched job. I completed the job Sept. 4th,2018 submitted invoice and still haven't been paid. to add insult to injury any contact with Peter has been ignored, not once has he contacted me or responded to me. Dena the office manager has also ignored my emails requesting payment. This made me do a google review and I saw that there are numerous trades that have not been paid by RCI and mistreatment of others. I would not advise any one to have work done by this company who seem to have a history of not paying their workers and tradespeople.
