From the moment he arrived to give us an estimate at the promised time, to listening to our concerns and ideas and providing feedback and options for colours, profiles, etc. through to the final payment and ensuring we were satisfied with the job, he was always professional and courteous and did exactly as promised. We originally spoke to Brenda and then Corrina in the office and they both gave us helpful information about the product and invited us to view a working unit in their office. Sean came to our house to assess the job and give us an estimate and describe exactly what we could expect with how he and Nick would do the job and specifics of the ductless mini-split unit. We had a very comfortable feeling with everyone and the assurances of how the job would be done to our satisfaction. Nick and Sean completed the job in a day, as planned, in a very efficient and neat way and were able to please a very fussy customer. We opted for the Daikin Emura minisplit for 2 rooms and are very happy with both the function and looks of them. Currently, we are using them for heat which seems to be extremely efficient. We’re sure that next summer will be bliss with the AC. The bonus is a 12 year Warranty. We would highly recommend this company.
