The customer service I received from Tarah was exemplary - not just in the repair sector (in which the standard is relatively low) - but across all sectors. Tarah is courteous, able, fair-minded and diligent. I had an unsatisfactory explanation from Repair Care which I took to Tarah. She listened, genuinely - unlike so many in customer service who only ever read from a script. That alone was a marked difference, her attitude was to solve the misunderstanding in a manner fair and appropriate to all. She did exactly this and in a timely fashion. Repair Care is lucky to have her as she is the perfect ambassador and her conduct makes one respect the company and trust its standards and those of its employees. I would recommend Repair Care because of the way they resolved this issue. Clearly this good grace comes from the top. Well done Repair Care
