I'm 100% sure there are a lot of repair technicians out there but let's cut to the chase on The Appliance Guy and Joe that gives you 100% attention to your problem, fixes the appliance to your satisfaction-provides options and solutions, and does not take advantage of you or your wallet. He was spot-on with his diagnosis and repair and I wait always before I post in case of repair issues..-the problem was the oven element and the circuit board..I waited and everything is perfect. He's in my contact list for these repairs. 90-day warrenty gives you price up front, comes on time and follows-up...100% recommendation from me.

Sergi was the 4th to respond but he kept his word on when he would show up for the appointment. Responded immediately from my inquiry. Right on time. Very courteous, Very neat in appearence and optioned the problem and fixed in on the spot with parts he already had. Ours was a Gallery Frigidaire and the ice maker was leaking and freezing, and he told me the price over the phone which sometimes escapes the conversation. Honesty is a business necessity that inspires trust and Sergi met all criteria and the job was done painlessly and professionally. Thanks.....

The workers (2)- showed up on time 9:00 AM- introduced themselves and covered the floors with cloth tarp-they knew what the job was beforehand and talked with me to confirm-although the Owner was not there this time-he called and spoke with the workers and me before the job commenced. These men worked diligently and I inspected the progress occasionally. Contents in the basement had to be moved, they were tarped/protected without me having to ask and they alerted me to the progress and showed me what was "happening". The workers were extremely amicable, professional and just provided a sense of calm and confidence in what could have been described as anxious moments when the "operation " was ongoing....because you're always imagining the worst. I saw the broken concrete, the ditch, the current pipes, the cut-away clogged pipes, the length and the new pipes to be installed, the gravel and the slight slope of the pipe to the street connection, the new "hub" /kitchen pipe connection and finally the finished upgraded and superior concrete that was poured ...all to current code.....The Crew cleaned up the entire mess-immaculately- and gave me a 10/10 pleasant experience....I have, based on my experience, not the slightest hesitation to recommend this company ---all work-done in 1 day and it was painless....There was a final inspection and the owner called to make sure everything was 100%, and he came over the next day to check and that's when I gave him his cheque.
