Century 2 story detached home with a low rise roof and continuous problems with leakage over many years. The roof shingles and the wet wood underneath were removed, and everything was replaced with a flat roof cover. New eavestroughs were installed at the same time as was a skylight with up to date technology. The work was done efficiently, the crew dedicated to the task, the result is spectacular, all in all a great job done.

Century home with deterioration of foundation cement wall, mostly on the outside. Work was done efficiently and with care inside and outside, and the worksite was cleaned up. I received the reference from a friend who was extremely pleased with her foundation replacement and water proofing by this company. I will also be pleased to recommend Otto’s Masonry to others.

The original 1923 built kitchen was totally gutted and replaced with custom cabinetry. The bathroom was also gutted, replaced with a new vanity and mirror. The bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk-in showerstall. The carpets in the down and upstairs hallways and on the stairs to the second floor were removed, and the original oak floors refinished. Likewise, the carpets were removed in 3 upstairs bedrooms and were replaced. Mark's team made the whole process easy by listening to my ideas, finding exactly what I wanted, and making it looking even better then expected. It was a pleasure to have them around and to observe how intent they were to do everything the right way. The results are astounding, finished on time and on budget.
