SP in Old Toronto

I live in a townhouse complex. The units are 4 story row homes with a flat roof at the top and shingled mansard walls. I originally contacted 8 different roofing contractors to come out and provide and estimate for the project. Eventually, others in the complex showed interest so the project was quite large. In total, 6 individual homeowners came on board. Of the 8 contractors, only 2 were confident enough to submit a quote and of the 2, only Vlad from Keating had feasible ideas and was the only one to come back and explain the plan in great detail. This gave us the confidence to move ahead with Keating. The logistical challenges were difficult and the never ending winter of 17/18 made it worse. Hoarding was installed to protect pedestrian traffic as half of the units are on a busy downtown street. The project took longer than expected due to all these challenges but the end result is a clean and tidy high quality job that looks fantastic! We are all confident the new roofing system is much better than the old and will last longer than the builder grade products installed when the townhouses were constructed. Thanks!
