assembling a wardrobe/closet system
The first time 310Move came to assemble, they did everything they could NOT to do the work--the two guys who showed up were absolutely useless and they found excuses for everything. I was never informed that all the pieces had to be in the same room--some of which were easily over 80 lbs--and when they arrived they refused to do the work. After 3 weeks of trying to arrange assembly--with numerous phone calls, being left on hold for over 50 minutes and no one ever to return--I was irate. I attempted to carry all the pieces to the 2nd floor room but they refused to wait, even the 5 minutes it would take to move the last 4 pieces; I had carried pieces up the stairs while they were here and at the end, all I needed was 5 extra minutes to move the pieces and they refused to wait. The second time 310Move came, they tried to tell me they couldn't assemble because they said the unit would cover an attic access point--which as it turned out, it didn't end up doing; after a lot of arguing, they did the assembly. This second time the assemblers were not the same as the first time. They did a good job.
