Forever Stone has amazing customer service and stands behind their work. Mimmo and his team constructed our stone steps and walkway years ago and over the years we have had them come by to repair weather and time related wear a few times. They always come by in a timely fashion, the work is done well, and everything is tidied up afterwards. Also very reasonably priced for great work! I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your stone work!

This was our first job by Valetin but I chose him based on previous Home Stars reviews. We were lucky that Valetin was able to come by within hours of me texting him with my problem. He was honest about what needed to be done (open up the drywall) and did it in a tidy manner. The repair was done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely call Valetin again for any future plumbing needs.

Mimmo laid down our interlock patio a number of years ago. It has been very solid, no shifting or depressions. With the years, the sand between the stones had washed away so I contacted Mimmo regarding regrouting. He and one of his workers came on a Saturday, they painstakingly cleared out all of the debris and twigs from between the stones by hand and then did a beautiful job of refilling with new colour-matched sand. My two sons then decided that they would be "construction workers" and dug up the new sand in about 30 different spots - not impressed with my boys. We contacted Mimmo and he was kind enough to have his worker drop off extra sand at our house so that we could fill back in the holes my sons had made - at no extra cost. We have had Mimmo come back a number of times since the original job many years ago and his customer service has always been top notch.

We had Zion and his team install our bins 5 years ago and they have been great! With normal wear and tear the bolts became bent. A quick email to Zion with some photos and his team was by very quickly to fix our bin - we got new bolts and a new latch. Zion’s customer service is top notch!

Bin Solutions installed a recycling/garbage bin, storage shed, and privacy fence for use last summer. The workmanship was excellent, but what sets this company apart is the customer service. Following a day of heavy wind, the lid of our recycling/garbage bin flew wide open (we didn't latch it properly) and tore the hook from underneath the lid and splintered the wood. A quick email to Zion and volia he had it fixed for free within few days. Now that's customer service!

Zion and the Bin Solutions crew were amazing to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Zion oversaw the project and ensured that everything was completed to his satisfaction. His crew was very professional and did great job on the fence and bins ensuring that everything was right on. The carpenter who spent all day designing and building our arbour is a perfectionist and the finished product was beyond our expectations - we are thrilled with the finished product. I would without reservation recommend Bin Solutions and we look forward to working with them again!

I chose Brock because of their high ratings on HomeStars. The job was pretty good - definitely satisfactory. The installer had to come back to realign the patio screen door because it was slanted after the initial installation. Overall, the job was done well but nothing exceptional above what would be expected for a good install.

We had Shady Lane come assess our oak and maple trees for pruning and fertilizing. The employee who came to do the quote was friendly, knowledgable, and clearly passionate about his work. The work was separated into 3 different visits and it seemed as though the work we had discussed with the person providing the quote was not throughly communicated with the actual team there to do the work. Fortunately I was able to present during the work so I could communicate with the team what needed to be done and in the end everything was done very well with no problems. However, I'm not sure if there would been any problems had I not been able to be present. Despite this, we're pleased enough to have them back the next time we need a trim.

We had Forever Stone do our side patio last year and this year we asked them back to redo our old flagstone porch and walkway. Again Mimmo did not disappoint. Like before, the crew was always on time, tidy, and maintained open communication during the project. The finished product was beautiful! We have gotten many compliments on our new porch and walkway and neighbours have even stopped by to ask who did our work! As always, we were happy to recommend Forever Stone.

Mersey Service Experts was recommended to me by the company who looked at my chimney liner. Hugh English, one of their comfort advisors, came to do the quote. He came across as very knowledgable and wanting us to get the best deal and quality for what we needed. He even came back to do a load calculation for our house when we requested one. Hugh went out of his way to be accommodating and patient when we ran into trouble setting up Costco accounts - above and beyond what I have ever experienced with other companies. As for the furnace and air conditioner, the installation went smoothly, the crew was quite pleasant and answered of all my questions. Although we've only had our units for less than a month, so far things are working great.

We choose Forever Stone based on the numerous positive reviews on Homestars. Mimmo did not disappoint. He did a fantastic job with our patio and several of our neighbours have already complimented our new space. During the construction, Mimmo handled concerns from our neighbours well, and also coordinated well with workers we had hired for other concurrent projects. He had a good eye for design and colour and we're thrilled at the results. He was always reachable on his cell phone and maintain and open channel of communication. Last but not least, Mimmo and his crew ensured that all of their materials were properly put away and the work area was tidy before leaving. All in all, we would not hesitate to recommend Forever Stone to anyone!
