BEWARE, BOE contracting Won the quote to fix my leaky basement...I was then made aware that my emergency can only be addressed on weekends. The owners work for another company and this is a side business. My 3 day job turned into 3 weeks and unfortunately the job wasn’t completed. Poor grading of the work area has lead to continued leaks, displacement of my tenants and replacement of new carpets. Dave and Neil have promised to fix the grading....4 weeks later they are a No show with a canned response...Yes will fix it next weekend. This negligence has cost me thousands. Hire a professional and have peace of mind!!!!
