We have a wood burning fireplace which we have used happily for years but decided that we would prefer the convenience of a gas unit. I spoke to Lee-Anne at the Fireplace Club and with her help decided on a unit which would suit our needs. She placed the order and within a week the unit was installed. The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. A small issue developed which required a return visit and the matter was rectified within 24 hours. We are completely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate recommending their services.
