Alon provide an excellent service and amazing prices. We had our entire house window' blinds replaced along with some drapes. He came to my house numerous times to do estimate and to show us the samples. He was very flexible with schedules. We ended choosing zebra blinds. He also helped us with the drape selections (Fabric material and color) for our dining room and living room by make sure it will match to our furniture/decors. It only took 2 weeks for the blinds to be installed from the order date. Drapes took a little longer but we were okay with it. I would use Alon from Windows Fashions again in the future for any window blinds services.

Our overall experience has been great. Our sales rep Bonnie, was very professional and knowledgeable, which made my decision quite easy and fast. We signed the contract at our first meeting. The window installers, (Simon’s team)were very professional and cleaned up after installation. They were helpful when we asked for small touch ups. Thank you Very much for the quality service, products, and workmanship. Only suggestion is the sales team and the installer team need a little better communication. For example what items needs to be installed -go through the contract what needs to be done. We have to remind the installing team for couple items that they weren’t aware. Overall, the experience were great. Whole house windows and door replacement was done in 2 days. Thank you SiSi and Dominic

Whole service took about 2 hours for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning for (4 rooms, hallway and staircase). All Corners of the rooms/hallway/staircase of the Carpet were still dirty. It didn't look it was done or wash properly. We were told not go upstairs because it will take 3 hours to dry but it took much longer than that. After 5 hours we couldn’t even walk on it. It was extremely wet. Air Duct cleaning was very quick. It was done less than half hour. The setup took longer than any of the cleaning. We had a free promotion to get the dry vent or central vacuum done, we choose dry vent but this couldn't get completed because our vent from outside was blocked. So the technician did the central vacuum instead. Honestly i wasn't watching him, he did it through the garage and left without telling us he was complete. I guess never pay in full especially in CASH until ALL full service were completed and checked. Best is to inspect and stick around any contractors to make sure all area are covered.

Our stones were loose on the drive way, the boss of this company’s Suggested we redo the interlocking. It’s been over months and No one ever came back to finish the final job after they took the $. We called many times and even told to text them and yet haven’t heard anything. The stones are still loose we end up buying sands ourselves to fill the holes. This company have Horrible customer service and have no honesty. You should always finish the job and leave no one hanging like that.
