I highly recommend Reliable Home Inspection & Thermal Imaging. We had Manjur come inspect our new build. We are extremely happy we did. He did a thorough job and found items that I did not even think about looking at. I suggest that anyone who purchases a new build should get a hold of Manjur. New homes look great, but he was able to see beyond the facade. He explained all his findings to me and provided the completed report for Tarion. Very impressed!

I cannot recommend R&S Masters to anyone. They re-did the siding on my entire house, but did such a poor job that it caused water damage. They used screws and glue on my vinyl siding which is strange, as it is supposed to be nailed in only. Siding was falling off a couple of days after the job. Also, they never caulked holes that were left when they removed the old aluminum siding and they never re-caulked the windows. They basically were funneling water into my house.
