Wow, what a great team! The guys were on time, efficient, courteous, strong, overall extremely professional. I was very pleased to see how much care they took to ensure that my hardwood floor would not get damaged, they covered the floor, staircase and removed their shoes. We had two heavy fridges that had to be moved from the basement, the job was complex due to the shape of the staircase, limited amount of clearance and considering the heavy weight of both items. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this company without reservations.

We were referred to this company by Rob's Reno as we were very concerned about a water leak in our front entrance. Upon contacted A&T Contracting they responded very quick and fixed the issue that we had for several years. Their price was reasonable and Trevor was very professional to deal with. They completed the repairs in one afternoon. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience, and we'll be sure to call them in future.

Canada Hardwood was recommended by friends of ours and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Our house required a lot of custom touch and their team exceeded our expectation. To ensure that we were satisfied with the finish result a lot of pre-planning was done by Stan and his team before the installation of the hardwood floor and the staircase. Sheila did a remarkable job staining our old railing by hand. She has been very accommodating and flexible as the scope of our project changed. Stan, Brody and Chester have shown nice attention to detail and a passion for their work. The floor itself is beautiful and the staircases are outstanding. We would definitely recommend Canada Hardwood Flooring to all our friends and family members.

"We hired Rob to do the taping, mudding, re-skim, fix older walls and adding new drywalls. Rob always arrived on schedule and met his deadlines. He was also very accommodating with us as the scope of the project was changed at the last minute. Rob's is definitely passionate about his work and it's does show. We were very thankful that Rob noticed that one of the skylight installed in the cathedral ceiling was licking creating significant damage to the structure of the house. I've tried to address my concern directly with the owner without success and was told me to remove this posting or else something would happen to me and my family. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding my outstanding issues with this company. The Better Business investigated and wrote back the following "The company operates under several alias name such as Surfaceworks, Surface Works Inc. Surface Works Canada, Surface Works Restoration. The address on their website is now showing 15 Gardi Court Maple Ontario L6A 1E3." One of the representative at the Better Business Bureau commented that the owner is not willing to cooperate. This makes me very suspicious about the validity of the two other comments. Attached are pictures to show the poor workmanship done by this company. Less than 30 days after the baths were painted white the paint started to peel off making the bath unusable. The bottom of the baths feels very rough as they were not clean right prior to being spray. Also when you look at the baths closely you could still see the old colour of the bath through as they ran out of pain. I also advised Paul and Neil that since they did not show up twice as agree I had new hardwood floor installed the week prior to their visit, they neglected to cover the hardwood floor and they damaged it during the restoration of my baths. As a result, my new hardwood floor now looks cloudy and there is no more shine to the floor. In addition, I was overcharged and I was told in writing that a check is in the mail. I never received my check from Paul or Neil. I am now facing major cost to have the baths remove and the new hardwood floor fixed. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THOSE INDIVIDUALS AS PAUL AND NEIL HAVE NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND THE COMPANY HAS NOT BEING LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSE IN MY HOUSE.
