on recommendation from my neighbor who also uses avenue road pools I called the owner for help. he promptly came out and resolved my pool issues in no time. this surprised me as I had called several other pool outfits who advised me I had a big problem with my pool and it would be costly. its refreshing to know and deal with someone with such a vast and comprehensive knowledge of pools. he was very friendly, courteous and listened very closely to my concerns. its clear this fellow has seen every concern a pool may have. im very greatful what other guys called a major and expensive issue he resolved in less than a half hour. a real pro.

have decided to switch companies after all their arrogance. in past a fellow named mark had serviced our pool. although he came across as knowledgable his worked ( as we found out later ) was far from professional and call backs were the norm. we went into their store last week and ge gave us some advice that we found strange and unwarranted. we got a second opinion from a discounters warehouse which turned out to be right on the money and resolved our pool problem. I would in the strongest terms suggest avoiding this company like the plague.

weve used avenue road pools almost 25 years as have many of our neighbours. easy to deal with, professional , reasonable and always on time. pleasure to deal with. i would very highly recommend them and trust them fully.
