The repair guys are friendly and do a great job because we have a warranty but their customer service in terms of making appointments is horrible! They always make mistakes and say they are going to come but they never do.
The girls who came to my house were friendly and listened to my needs but they were not very clean. The sponges they were using to clean my dirty washroom were dirty. I was pretty disappointed. In the end everything looked pretty clean but I feel like they could have done a better job and they were quite sloppy.
They come across as being very professional but beware, the caulking was done very poorly and when asked to come back we had issues. We waited a very long time, they did finally come back but they were rude. When the job was finally complete the windows looked amazing but I didn't appreciate the customer service.
