I love these old knob and tube homes. Thanks so much for acknowledging the huge scope of upgrades needed. It looked like a simple potlight and paint job before we exposed the ceiling, but a good electrician can't do only the superficial work. When we see problems we often have to go deep, and not every homeowner understands that!
