We are pleased with the windows (Gentek) and the installation process was very efficient and clean. One of the windows had cracked on the inner pane after less than one year. A Gentek servie person inspected the window and said that it was an installation issue. Gentek has agreed to replace the window however, Homeplex will not stand behind their "lifetime guarantee" to replace any defective labour done under the signed agreement.
