We chose to purchase an arctic spa over other brands as we appreciate the Canadian story and it was well recommended by a few others in the know. So far we are very pleased with our tub, from the show room who took the time to discuss all the features we were looking for and not just "sell us"to our yard. Spa arrived as expected. Delivery and set up was professional and took the time to explain all the features of the tub. It's also great that you can find simple how to videos on youtube as well. Love the ease of the spa boy feature. Actually looking forward to winter with our salt water spa.
