I can't say enough about Steve and his crew! After receiving three comparable quotes, I finally decided to go with Fortress and this was entirely because of Steve. While the other companies had generally positive reviews, Steve was the only one who responded when I had additional questions. He also followed up independently to let me know he was available in case I needed further information and to stress that the company was interested in my business and in providing quality work. They offer a solid guarantee and Steve assured me they would immediately address any concerns or problems, both in the present and the future. I realize that many contractors are busy, but chasing down a potential contractor to get basic information before a job is even booked (because it wasn't provided with the quote) doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in their reliability or interest in your project. This is what set Steve apart from the others. He was present without being pushy and I felt entirely confident they would do a great job and that Steve would stand by his word. He managed to find a date very quickly and his crew came out and completed the job in a relatively short amount of time. They were friendly and professional, fully cleaned the yard and decks and found a way to simplify the system I had previously. It looks just beautiful. The seamless gutters make all the difference! I've had so many compliments from neighbours and people walking by. After three weeks and a lot of rain, I'm thrilled with the results. It has transformed my house! I highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone who needs to replace their eavestrough!

Travis and Tom responded immediately, which I've found to be unusual among many trades. They were friendly and professional and completely flexible with their timing. They arrived when they said (also unusual) and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price, particularly since it was a challenging removal and re-installation. While I'm able to do a lot of projects on my own, when I need professional assistance, I will be happy to call Travis and Tom. Highly recommended for construction and electrical work!

I contacted Adrian to mount a tv and soundbar over my fireplace and it looks so beautiful! The cords and cables were neatly buried in the wall and exited into an adjacent cabinet. Adrian was very professional, skilled and personable and he left the work area perfectly clean. And the price was very reasonable!
